The time has finally come to get at the wheel of the new Audi Q5 2019 and start our test on the road. Open the door we are faced with the interiors of Clear mold Audi: The materials are the first choice, with excellent assembly. Very comfortable seats, adjustable steering wheel even in depth, attention to maniacal details. It stands out in the middle of the 8.3-inch screen, also controllable by the touchpad in the central tunnel. Wonderful virtual cockpit, customizable in all ways. Plenty of room for the front seats, a little less for the rear couch, wherein three behind you are a little uncomfortable. Steering wheel Maybe too big, easy to use controls. Let’s turn on the engine and start.

Our Audi is the Design version, equipped with the 190 HP turbodiesel engine, the S Tronic dual-clutch automatic gearbox and the “Quattro” all-wheel drive. Quite surprisingly it reveals an SUV also fun to ride: it is really nice to be at the wheel of Q5 after a few meters seems to know her from a lifetime, the feeling is that of an immediate feeling. The center of gravity of the car looks like a bass and transforms the Q5 into a sporty semi. The engine is a four-cylinder, which responds well even at low speeds and has no vibrations. You go strong with these horses.

Despite its almost sporty nature, the 2019 Audi Q5 remains a wonderful traveler. Shines in comfort, the onboard comfort is high. It absorbs very well the road asperities, very quiet the engine even at highway speeds. The steering is ready but not lightning and sometimes lacks consistency. Good visibility, the gearbox is perfectly matched with this engine: excellent in the grafts and in the management of gears. Last consumption: The average is good, about 8 liters for 100 km in mixed cycle.

An extremely convincing premium car in all respects: aesthetically convincing, beautiful to ride and very comfortable. The success of the Q5 continues.
