LEXUS LS Specs, Model, Improvement
The luxury flagship arrives in Europe at the beginning of 2018. This is the fifth generation of Lexus LS, which is developed on the new GA-L (Global Architecture for Luxury vehicles) platform, with greater torsional stiffness compared to totally carbon fiber frames. The weight distribution is 52% at the front and 48% at the rear. At the size level we talk about a car of 5.23 m long and 1.9 m wide (3,120 mm the pitch), but 1.45 m in height, that is 15 mm less than the current version that the new MY 2018 is preparing to replace. The range of engines is composed of two units: the 3.5 V6 TwinTurbo version of 415 HP and 600 Nm of maximum torque, and the hybrid that combines the V6 gasoline with a pair of electric motors powered by lithium batteries, for a total power of 359 hp. The transmission uses, respectively, the automatic gearbox with ten ratios with front or integral drive.

The medium SUV Lexus NX is presented with a renewed look: details of a marginal restyling, which introduces a slightly revised front, particularly in the front optical groups. The changes to the rear relate, then, the revised style of the headlights (with LED technology) and the bumper fascia, now more sporty. There will also be new 18-inch alloy wheels. Inside the update sees an improvement of the equipment and, more importantly, the proposal of new infotainment solutions, with display now of 10.3 inches.
